For incoming 3rd-10th graders. Practices will be held 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Wrestling room. Camp will consist of wrestling technique, dodgeball, wrestling games, and live wrestling. The coaches that will be running the camp are the McNeil HS Wrestling Coaches. Campers should wear clean socks, shorts, and a T-shirt. Wrestling shoes are not required for first practice. If you have wrestling shoes, them please bring them.

Wrestling is a contact sport. While we will take precautions to keep everyone safe, injuries are possible. Ensure finger nails are trimmed as short as possible before coming to practice. Please keep good personal hygiene, and shower at home after each practice.
